Questions before you book

You start with a skin analysis: your routine, how your skin behaves and a look under the lamp. We fill in your card, then do a custom facial planned from it. Plan on 80 minutes.

The skin analysis alone is 30 minutes. An express facial is 30 minutes, a custom facial 50 and an extended facial 75. Every service on the menu lists its own time.

Many clients come every four to six weeks. We set the pace with you at the end of each visit and write it on your card.

Yes, once, before a peel, dermaplaning or a custom facial. For a first visit it is the first 30 minutes. If you come back after a long break, we start with a short check of your card.

Yes. Makeup is fine; we cleanse first. Evening visits run until 8 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, and the last appointment is at 6:30 p.m.

Yes. Tell us when you book. We may suggest a calmer visit or another day, and we'll say why.

At booking we tell you if a product should be paused, such as an exfoliating one, and what to bring. Afterward we go over your routine and what to avoid for a day or two. Our guidance is general, and we confirm it with you.

If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book a peel or LED. Tell us at booking so we can plan around it.

We say so at the visit and write down why on your card. We don't diagnose, and we don't promise that a facial will change a skin condition. If your doctor agrees, we can still see you for calmer visits while you wait for an appointment.

Either. Munira and Reena use the same card and the same notes, so a visit with one picks up where the last one left off. You can book with a named person on the booking page.

Prices aren't printed on this site. They depend on the service, its length and any add-ons, and the booking page shows them when you choose a service, before you confirm.

A card holds a first visit and any peel, and the deposit goes toward your service. Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel.
