Our policies
What to expect before you book, in plain words.
Booking and deposits
Book online at any hour, or call. A card holds your first visit and any peel, and the deposit goes toward your service. We confirm by text or email, whichever you choose.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your visit, because the time after yours is held for the next client.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without telling us, the deposit is kept. We're glad to rebook you, and a new deposit holds the next visit.
Children and companions
We see clients 16 and older. A client under 18 comes with a parent or guardian, who signs the booking and stays for the consultation. The rooms are small, so a companion waits in the lobby.
Patch tests and allergies
Before a peel or a new product, we test a small area and wait before using it on your whole face. Tell us about sensitivities when you book. Reactions can happen with any skin product; if you notice one, tell us and we'll change the plan.
Redos and refunds
If a visit didn't go the way you expected, tell us within a week and we'll look at it together. We'll adjust the plan at your next visit.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, in the studio or on the booking page.
Before your visit
Come as you are after work; makeup is fine, because we cleanse first. At booking we tell you if a product should be paused before a peel, such as an exfoliating one. Arrive ten minutes early for a first visit so your skin card is ready when we begin.
When to ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book a peel or LED, and tell us at booking so we can plan around it. We may also suggest a dermatologist or your doctor. We don't diagnose.
Book a skin analysis
Choose a time on the booking page, or send a message and we'll reply by text or email.
